Mr. Young mentored my son. Mr. Young spent long hours with my son tacking him to business conferences and speaking engagements. My son was shown that there are other alternatives in life. Mr. Young has a committed and consistent mentoring program. Mr. Young provide support and a healthy relationship for my son by helping him to become competent, confident, happy and successful. Some results were that for the first time in twelve years my son received on his report card two A’s and two B’s I believe because of  Mr. Young’s mentoring , nurturing, coaching and his consistency.
